Suburban Subaru, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Shipping/Receiving Clerks in Michigan. Join a fast-paced environment supporting parts receiving, stocking, and delivery with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

You’ll unload shipments, label inventory, and prepare parts for delivery while maintaining records and safety standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable work ethic are required, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide automotive retailer.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
• Stock, label, and organize inventory to ensure efficient part retrieval.
• Pick and prepare parts orders for delivery, shipment, and internal department requests.
• Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and technicians while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, credits, and transfers.
• Help with inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory procedures.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, and damaged merchandise to management promptly.
• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Keep the shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to support daily operations and customer needs.
