If you have previous parts advisor experience and solid knowledge of automotive components, you will fit well. A valid driver’s license is required and a proactive, detail‑oriented communicator will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers professionally.
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone, in-person or email.
• Assist customers with questions, stock checks and parts orders.
• Maintain clean, organized counter, work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with the service team for vehicle repairs.
• Order parts from suppliers per service/customer requests.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts in proper storage areas.
• Verify quantities and costs against invoices and purchase orders.

What You'll Do

• Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Incoming Telephone Call (ITC) standards.


• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone, in-person or email.


• Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders.


• Maintain clean and organized appearance of counter, work area and stockroom.


• Work with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.


• Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.


• Create accurate invoices in ADP.


• Receive, unpack and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed.


• Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.


• Check number and unit cost and total billing for charges against proper records.
