The Lithia & Driveway family is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Coon Rapids location. This on-site role supports customers and service technicians in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories, ensuring smooth service operations.

You will maintain an organized parts inventory, provide accurate availability and pricing information, process orders, and collaborate with the service team to guarantee timely parts delivery. A focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Mathematics: calculations of inventory, payments and invoices.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• 2+ years of previous experience in automotive parts or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computer software for parts management.

Job Description: As a Parts Advisor, you will assist customers and service technicians in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. Total Rewards

Salary range is from $,47,400 - 57,200 a year

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Department Gross, Individual Gross. Bonuses based on: Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
