McGovern Automotive Group is excited to announce the opening of a new truck center in Plymouth, MA! We are hiring Parts Advisors at McGovern Chevrolet-Cadillac of Plymouth, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Process payments and credit authorizations.
• Maintain and organize inventory of parts and shop materials.
• Ensure correct billing on service repair orders.
• Work with the Parts Manager to keep inventory up to date.
• Handle wholesale customer calls, order parts, and coordinate deliveries.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and customer orders.
• Keep records of repair orders, invoices, and parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
• Assist outside sales with orders and report to the Parts Manager.
• Contribute positively to the dealership's success with a professional attitude.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Work Monday through Friday with alternating Saturday hours.
