Working Hours

Rotating Shift Pattern Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15:30 | 09:00 – 18:15, with alternate Saturday 08:00 – 13:00

Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join our Boston branch as a Parts Advisor. You will be a key part of the team, responsible for ensuring timely and efficient parts supply, and serving as the main contact for customer and internal parts queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering first-class service and proactively updating them to meet their requirements
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered according to operational needs
• Assist with delivery and collection of parts, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
• Help control the branch's stock profile
• Undertake and oversee stock checks proactively
