Job summary

Responsibilities include invoicing in ADP, receiving and stocking parts, and handling returns as needed. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; a strong attention to detail and good math skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of automotive parts.
• Accurate math and invoice calculations.
• Reliable with stock and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check stock availability and take Parts orders promptly.
• Maintain clean and professional counter, work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate with Service Team to obtain parts for vehicle repair.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts; verify quantities and costs against records.
• Process core returns, warranties, and parts returns as needed.
