Job summary

Lithia Hyundai of Odessa is seeking a parts counter associate to support customers and the Service Team at our Odessa location. You will greet customers, answer questions, check stock, and take parts orders, while preparing accurate invoices using ADP.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with inventory, payments and invoices calculations.
Knowledge of automotive parts.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone and greet customers professionally per ITC standards.
Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.
Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock, and taking parts orders.
Create accurate invoices in ADP.
Receive, unpack and store parts; check quantity and condition against invoices.
Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.
Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair.
