Empire Automotive Group — Hyundai of New Rochelle is seeking a driven Auto Parts Counter Associate to join the growing parts department. The role involves assisting customers, sourcing parts, and maintaining accurate stock in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have high school education and auto parts sales experience, strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; auto parts sales experience preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting parts catalogs.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift, squat and carry heavy items as part of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide price quotes and information to customers.
• Verify parts against shop estimates to ensure accuracy and pricing.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and conduct weekly stock counts.
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or urgent materials.
