Job summary

Lithia Ford of Missoula is hiring a Parts Advisor. The role involves assisting customers and vendors, coordinating parts for service, and managing inventory and payments in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The position requires 1+ year of automotive experience, a basic understanding of automotive components, and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits accompany a commission pay plan.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers and vendors.
• Maintain a clean counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer request.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed.
• Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keep perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.

What You'll Do
