Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Parts Advisor at Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix to supply vehicle parts and merchandise, coordinate with the Service Team, and handle customer payments. You will greet customers, answer calls, and keep the counter and stockroom organized.

Candidates should have prior parts advisor experience, automotive knowledge, and strong customer service skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required to join our collaborative, growth‑focused team.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers.
• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors.
• Maintain clean counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available.
• Takes inventory, maintain records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and part returns as necessary.
