Job summary

Hill Country Honda is seeking motivated Parts Advisors to join our parts team. You will provide parts and merchandise to customers, coordinate with the Service Team for repairs, and handle transactions and inventory with a focus on exceptional customer experience.

The role requires previous parts advisor experience and a solid understanding of automotive components. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential factors for consideration in this role within the Hill Country

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor is preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic automotive components and systems.
• Experience in a automotive dealership service environment is a plus.
• Automotive certifications are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and greet customers/vendors professionally.
• Keep counter, work area, and stockroom clean and organized.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team for repairs.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts; maintain inventory records.
• Process payments, returns, and warranties as needed.
