John Eagle Honda of Dallas is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy service department. You’ll help customers, technicians, and vendors with parts inquiries and orders while supporting inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

We value strong customer service and communication, with 1+ years of parts experience preferred. This onsite role offers base pay plus commission and opportunities for career growth within Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of previous automotive, aftermarket, powersports, trucking, or parts experience.
• Understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with inventory management and computer systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and vendors with parts inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with the service team to source parts for repairs and maintenance.
• Order, receive, stock, and organize inventory for quick accessibility.
• Process customer purchases, returns, warranties, and core returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
