Job summary

Hill Country Honda in San Antonio, TX is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor for an onsite position. You will initiate service, develop estimates, and prepare repair orders while communicating between customers and technicians to ensure clarity on needs and approvals.

Must have open availability including Saturdays. Prior Service Advisor experience is required; 3+ years as an automotive technician is a plus. A valid driver’s license and a commitment to customer service are essential for success.

You will make sure vehicle performance problems and service requests, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, and writing repair orders.
