Job Title: Parts Advisor

BMW & MINI of Pittsburgh is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's premier source for BMW and MINI vehicles. We are a family-owned and operated dealership group with over 50 years of experience, committed to providing exceptional service and a positive work environment. We are seeking qualified, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist service technicians in finding correct parts.
• Pull parts from the parts department and deliver them to service technicians.
• Answer phone calls from retail and wholesale clients.
• Create parts invoices for both retail and wholesale clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and new retail and wholesale clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a parts department or high-paced retail setting.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, ERA Ignite, or CDK is preferred but not required.
• BMW/MINI parts experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
