Commercial Repossession Coordinator - 1099 Contractor Position

Job Summary:

The repossession coordinator is responsible for skip tracing, contacting debtors and their associates, coordinating repossession activities with field agents, and providing updates to clients.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position to start, with a review period to discuss potential full-time employment or remaining as a contractor. It is a 100% remote, commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound communication: Call, text, and email customers/debtors with delinquent accounts sent by clients
• Skip tracing: Use investigative tools and databases to locate individuals and assets
• Field agent coordination: Build relationships with repossession agents nationwide and coordinate recovery efforts
• Client interaction: Update existing clients and onboard new ones
• Documentation & reporting: Keep accurate records of communications, updates, and agent progress
• Travel: Attend conferences and shows if needed

Key Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in skip tracing is a plus
• Background in collections, debt recovery, or repossession is preferred but training will be provided
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with communication tools, databases, and CRM systems
• HUNTER attitude: The more effort you put in, the more you earn
• MUST RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES
