Diehl Collision - Parts Advisor

Diehl Collision of Cranberry is expanding! Join our team as a professional parts advisor.

Ideal candidates will have experience in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry, be highly motivated, and focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with technicians and vendors via phone, in-person, or email.
  2. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom.
  3. Coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service with the Body Shop & Service Team.
  4. Order parts from suppliers based on Service Team requests.
  5. Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas for easy access.
  6. Verify quantities and condition of received goods against invoices and purchase orders.
  7. Check billing details for accuracy against proper records.
  8. Specify parts accurately.
  9. Process core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary.
  10. Must be able to lift 60 pounds from the floor.
Qualifications:

Highly self-motivated, customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
