Position: Parts Advisor

The Parts Advisor will be responsible to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians in finding correct parts
• Pull parts from the parts department and deliver them to service technicians
• Answer phone calls from retail and wholesale clients
• Create Parts invoices for both retail and wholesale clients
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and wholesale clients - both current and new clients
• Work with Sales department when needed
• Other responsibilities that could arise and be assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School degree or higher
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Parts department or high-paced retail setting
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, ERA Ignite, or CDK is preferred but not required
• BMW/MINI parts experience preferred but not required
• Operate a computer and Microsoft suite programs
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Valid and current Driver's License with the ability to maintain a good driving record
