Successful candidates will have experience in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry, be highly motivated, and focused on customer satisfaction. Prior vehicle parts experience is helpful, as well as some experience with Tekion.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phone calls and greet customers professionally and courteously.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person, or email.
  • Assist customers by answering questions and providing assistance promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom.
  • Coordinate parts with the Body Shop & Service Team for vehicle repairs and service.
  • Order parts from suppliers based on requests from the Service Team and customers.
  • Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate areas for easy access.
  • Verify the quantity and condition of received goods against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Ensure accurate billing and specify parts correctly.
  • Process core returns, warranties, and parts returns as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail/wholesale automotive parts industry is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer satisfaction focus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
