The sales assistant is responsible for a portfolio of French and/or export customer accounts, including analysis, recording of orders, commercial offers, monitoring of the order book, preparation of export documentation, invoicing, and after-sales service. His/her main objective is customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.
