Job summary

Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver vehicle parts and merchandise, assist customers, and coordinate with the service team to support repairs. You will maintain accurate stock, take orders from suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory control while providing a friendly, efficient customer experience.

The ideal candidate has prior parts advisor experience, understands automotive components, and is comfortable using digital tools to document work.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers.

• Coordinate parts for vehicle repair with the Service Team.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Receive, unpack and store parts and manage inventory records.
• Process payments and returns; manage warranties and credits.
