Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Ford of Latham is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service while providing vehicle parts and merchandise. You will work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for repairs and assist customers and vendors at the counter.

Ideal candidates have dealership parts experience, basic automotive knowledge, and CDK experience; automotive certifications are a plus. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership parts advisor experience required.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
• Any automotive certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers with excellent service.
• Answer telephone and greet customers and vendors professionally.
• Maintain clean, professional counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team for repairs and service.
• Receive, unpack and store parts; manage inventory records.
• Process payments and core returns, warranties and exchanges.
