DCH Brunswick Toyota in New Jersey is hiring an Experienced Parts Advisor to join our Lithia & Driveway family. You will greet customers, answer inquiries, and assist with parts availability, orders, and invoices.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a dealership setting, Toyota experience, and CDK proficiency. You will manage inventory, coordinate part orders, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dealership setting is required.
• Dealership experience is required; Toyota experience is a plus.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations is expected.
• Dependable, friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
• Computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phones professionally.
• Assist customers with parts inquiries, availability, and orders.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and service teams by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate and order parts for repairs and customer needs.
• Create invoices and process payments, returns, warranties, and core credits.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct inventory counts.
• Keep the parts counter, stockroom, and work area clean and organized.
• Accurately identify and specify parts.
