Job summary

Audi Minneapolis is hiring a Journeyman Automotive Technician to join our skilled team. You will perform maintenance and repairs, diagnose issues, and verify work with road tests.

Requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience and ASE Master certifications; Audi certification is preferred or willing to obtain. Competitive pay, production bonuses, and incentives offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech).
• Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in listed areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Conduct road tests to verify quality of work.
• Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
• Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians.
