Lithia & Driveway Audi St. Paul is hiring a Light Duty Technician to perform automotive repairs to Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Onsite in St. Paul, MN, the full-time role offers a flat rate pay model ($17.00–$30.00 hourly) plus production bonuses. Candidates should have suspension/alignment experience, ASE certification, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of suspension and alignment experience.
• 1+ years automotive repair experience.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Team player with strong customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of German vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and services to Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and test procedures.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Document work on repair orders and time per procedures.
• Maintain and inventory required tools.
• Engage in mandatory training and certifications.
