Job summary

Audi St. Paul, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks a Sales & Finance Support to assist deals, funding, and vehicle deliveries while ensuring smooth dealership operations.

You will organize paperwork, coordinate communications, and support daily Sales and Finance needs to enhance the customer experience. The role requires 1+ years in a dealership office or related admin role, strong organization, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in title clerk, automotive dealership office, or Sales/Finance support.
• 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience with online motor vehicle agencies.
• Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deals and support Finance Managers with documentation.
• Assist with funding and CIT management.
• Scan, organize, and maintain deal paperwork.
• Coordinate Driveway communication and assisted deliveries.
• Support vehicle stocking and lot organization.
• Serve as a runner for daily Sales and Finance needs.
