Job summary

Subaru of South Hills in McMurray, PA is hiring a Parts Advisor to join our fast-paced parts team. You will greet customers, check stock, take parts orders and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely vehicle repairs.

Automotive parts experience helps, dealership exposure is a plus but not required. Computer savvy with CDK familiarity is an asset. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience required or preferred.
• Dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient computer skills; CDK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.
• Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders.
• Maintain clean and professional counter, work area and stockroom.
• Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts in appropriate storage areas.
