Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring Express Service Advisors to greet customers, confirm concerns, and clearly outline needed services, costs, and timelines. The role emphasizes accurate communication and upfront pricing while guiding customers through the service process.

You will conduct vehicle walk-arounds, secure approvals for findings, and write repair orders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. On-site work with a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical terms to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate with customer what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.
• Attain agreement from customer for service needs.
• Write accurate repair orders
• Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee.
• Obtain approval to review findings of multi-point inspection and associated prices.
• Obtain approval to proceed with Additional Service Requests.
