Job summary

Indeed Flex is hiring a Partnerships Team Lead in Austin to build a high-performing agency network. You will supervise a multi-function team, drive performance with data, and shape supplier strategy to position Indeed Flex as the MSP of choice.

You will engage agency partners at a senior level, optimize pricing and terms, and ensure scalable, AI-enabled processes across the workflow. The role operates onsite in Austin with some remote work Thursday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervising a team in a high-volume environment
• Background in staffing, MSP, or workforce marketplace familiarity
• Strong leadership and process-improvement mindset
• Experience driving performance with agency partners and internal stakeholders
• Comfort interpreting performance data to guide decisions
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
• Ability to engage credibly with C-level executives
• Excellent cross-functional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient with real-time collaboration tools across a distributed workforce

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the partnerships team with clear goals and coaching
• Drive agency fulfillment performance using data and KPIs
• Define supplier strategy for national vs local partnerships
• Surface insights to inform client conversations and revenue positions
• Own rate card negotiations and commercial terms across the network
• Recruit new agency partners and pitch MSP value to senior leaders
• Identify gaps and improvements to scale the function
