Job summary

Hertz is seeking an entry-level Sales Analyst to join the Strategic Partnership Team within the Sales organization. The role supports Partner Management across customer-facing activity, performance analysis and operational execution, with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The position is in office 3 days a week in Atlanta, GA or Estero, FL and starts at $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/analytics or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, including crafting narratives in PowerPoint.
• Proficient analytics mindset with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of customer presentations, including pitch decks, QBRs and executive briefings.
• Develop, disseminate and present reports on program performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive scans and market research to inform partner conversations.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
