Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships - Business Development to drive growth across priority categories and partner ecosystems. You will lead strategy, build compelling propositions, and translate insights into financially sound recommendations.

The ideal candidate excels in modeling, deal economics, and engaging external partners while shaping scalable partnership programs. Strong consulting-/FP&A-like toolkit required, with executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum B.S./B.A. degree from four-year college/university.
Minimum of 5 years in strategic partnerships or related analytical roles.
Strong financial modeling, deal modeling, and revenue forecasting experience.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong commercial/financial fluency with executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Structure deals and model economics including ROI analyses and forecasting.
Build partner value propositions and tailor to different segments and industries.
Support pipeline management, deal tracking, and leadership updates.
