Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Senior Revenue Data Analyst to lead data science driven initiatives that improve Revenue Management performance. You will leverage Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and Tableau to transform large data sets into actionable insights and reliable solutions that drive business decisions.

The role requires working from the Estero, FL office at least four days per week and offers a starting salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in data or business analytics or 1 year with master.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Familiarity with PySpark, Databricks, Tableau preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Market management reporting: Analyze data and build Tableau reports to optimize revenue.
• Leadership reporting: KPI evaluation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis to inform leadership.
• Data maintenance and source ownership: Design and monitor Databricks data pipelines and sources for reporting.
• Automation: Create automated processes and apps using Python, PySpark, and Power Automate to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams: Test and align with stakeholders for desired outcomes.
• Data storytelling: Summarize projects and communicate revenue impact to stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement: Share best practices and mentor peers.
