Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of partner-facing materials and executive-ready updates.
• Organize monthly/quarterly partner reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate logistics for partner events, meetings, and site visits.
• Provide administrative support including invoicing and compliance.
• Maintain partner records, reports, and project trackers.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist onboarding, coordination, and special projects as needed.
