Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Head of Partner Management & Ecosystem BD in San Francisco to lead a team of Partner Account Managers. You will shape the partner ecosystem, drive commercial strategies, and work with Sales, product, and customer success to ensure partners win and deliver AI solutions.

You will define joint plans, co-sell priorities, and pipeline targets, while building scalable programs across global partners and cloud collaborations, aligning with Anthropic's mission and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading partner sales, channel sales, alliances, or partner management with revenue ownership.
• Experience managing partner-facing teams including senior individual contributors.
• Track record of driving revenue through SI or consulting partner channels with targets met/exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers across a broad partner ecosystem.
• Define joint account plans, co-sell priorities, and pipeline targets with Sales.
• Shape operating models for ecosystem engagement and partner-related revenue forecasting.
• Build playbooks and programs to recruit, onboard, activate, and grow partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance to accelerate joint outcomes.
