Job summary

Juno seeks a Partnerships Coordinator to scale graduate partnerships with schools, student organizations, prep partners and creators, handling setup, deliverables, events, and follow-through. You’ll own the calendar of deliverables, coordinate marketing and design requests, and keep records clean so teams can focus on deals that move volume.

You’ll support peak season conversions with AI-assisted communications and trackers, coordinating closely with partners and internal teams to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years in operations, coordination, project management or client-facing roles.
• Strong written communication.
• Excellent follow-through; keep trackers up to date.
• Experience with spreadsheets, CRMs, and project trackers; AI in daily work.
• Comfort with seasonality and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Own partnership setup: onboarding, tracking links, assets, and deliverable schedules.
• Activate and manage existing partnerships with a deliverables calendar.
• Coordinate events end to end: webinars, campus events, conferences.
• Be the glue with marketing and design; turn needs into clear requests.
• Keep the system of record clean: contacts, terms, deliverables, performance.
• Assist with conversion campaigns during peak season; member support.
• Draft partner communications and QA deliverables with AI tools.
