Job summary

Juno seeks a growth leader to own the full-funnel strategy for law schools, driving member growth and expanding partnerships with campuses, financial aid offices, and admissions ecosystems. You will craft the go-to-market plan, hit ambitious targets, and scale distribution to 200+ law schools while upholding compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in growth, BD, or scalable programs.
• Experience with campus networks, law-school outreach, or education tech preferred.
• Owner-operator mindset with a proven track record of scaling initiatives.
• Bias to action with strong data-driven decision making.
• Excellent relationship-building with schools, sponsors, and admissions teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the law school vertical: build GTM strategy, hit growth targets, and drive member growth.
• Scale distribution through partnerships: national deals, campus chapters, and partnerships with financial aid offices and LSAT ecosystems.
• Build and manage a campus ambassador network with clear KPIs and incentives.
• Talk to members directly to surface insights and feedback to inform strategy.
• Forecast pipeline, track cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and manage budget allocation.
• Own waitlist growth and loan origination projects aligned to application cycles.
