Job summary

Juno is seeking a Growth Lead to own the full-funnel growth for law schools in the United States. You will scale distribution through partnerships, activate campus chapters, and build a campus ambassador network while talking to students directly to understand barriers to applying for a law school loan.

You’ll partner with product, CX, and lender relations to ensure compliant messaging and data-driven growth, managing pipeline and budget for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in growth, BD, or network-building roles.
• Proven track record scaling campus or organizational programs.
• Experience in education- or fintech-related platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the law school vertical, build GTM strategy, hit growth targets, and drive member growth.
• Scale distribution through national partnerships and campus chapters.
• Build and manage a campus ambassador network with clear KPIs.
• Talk to students directly through calls, emails, DMs, and campus visits.
• Demonstrate fluency in graduate borrowing (federal vs private, rates, cosigners).
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, CX, and compliance.
• Forecast pipeline, track cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and budget.
