Job summary

Juno, a leading student loan platform, seeks a growth-minded leader to own the healthcare portfolio. You will drive GTM across pharmacy, physical therapy, veterinary medicine, and related programs, scale distribution via partnerships, and build campus ambassador networks to accelerate loan origination.

You’ll partner with product, CX, and lender relations to optimize CAC/LTV, run data-driven experiments, and manage cross-functional initiatives that move applicants from interest to funded loans.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant growth/BD experience in startups, consulting, or fast-growth environments.
• Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market for a portfolio of programs.
• Proven ability to build repeatable growth playbooks and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the healthcare portfolio: build and execute GTM strategy across pharmacy, PT, vet, and adjacent programs, prioritize markets by size and momentum, hit growth targets, and drive member growth.
• Scale distribution through partnerships and national deals with key organizations.
• Activate campus-based chapters with turnkey playbooks and recruit high-performing student ambassadors.
• Partner with test prep companies, professional associations, and content creators in each field; run campaigns aligned to application cycles.
• Forecast pipeline, track cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and manage budget allocation.
