Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Operations Specialist to join the Partnerships Operations team. You will own defined workflows, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and develop clear plans with accurate tracking for scalable partner operations.

The role emphasizes organizing, multi-workstream management, and implementing efficiency-enhancing processes. You’ll work across budgets, events, and education programs to support creators and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program coordination, partner operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and following work through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scaled support and education programs across creators and partners.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, payments, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Maintain scalable processes, docs, and resources for partner support.
• Identify operational gaps and drive workflow improvements with teams.
