Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Operations Specialist to join the Partnerships Operations team. You will work across scaled support, creator program execution, budget operations, events, and team operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Office-based in California with opportunities to optimize processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and following work through to completion.
• Experience with budget operations, vendor coordination, payments, procurement, or event execution.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage scaled support and education programs for creators and partners.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, payments, and cross-functional dependencies for programs and pilots.
• Maintain processes, documentation, and resources enabling high-quality support at scale.
• Identify recurring issues and translate them into workflow improvements and automation.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle communications for product updates and partner education.
