Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across strategic platform partnerships. You will report to the VP of Partnerships and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to ensure coordinated execution and visibility into key initiatives.

This role emphasizes governance of trackers, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven insights to scale our partner programs and cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Partner Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with multiple initiatives.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with pivot tables, formulas, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain operational trackers for partner initiatives and milestones.
• Coordinate updates across stakeholders; identify risks and ensure alignment.
• Manage intake and prioritization of partner bugs and escalations across product integrations.
• Perform operational analytics and build dashboards in Looker for visibility and decisions.
• Identify and implement scalable processes to improve cross-functional collaboration.
