United Water Restoration Group of Omaha is seeking a Business Developer in Lincoln, NE to grow strategic referral partnerships in the Lincoln & Omaha markets. The role focuses on relationship-building, face-to-face networking, and converting trust into revenue.

This is a full-time salary + uncapped commission position with clear performance expectations, strong support, and significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities by building profitable referral relationships with businesses that regularly encounter property damage.
• Conduct daily in-person marketing routes and follow-ups.
• Host and attend Breakfasts, Lunch & Learn events and networking events.
• Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, not a salesperson.
• Drive qualified, warm leads into the company pipeline.
• Represent United Water Restoration at trade shows, community events, and industry functions.
• Log all activity, contacts, and leads in the CRM accurately and consistently.
