Job summary

CWF Restoration is seeking a seasoned business development leader to own and grow our B2B referral partnerships in the restoration industry. You’ll focus on plumbing companies, mechanical contractors, and other high-value sources, and you’ll be in the trenches daily building relationships and driving results.

This role is hands-on, with travel four days a week, and you’ll build systems, territories, and repeatable growth strategies to close deals and generate inbound restoration leads.

Qualifications

• Sell to B2B referral partners in restoration and related industries.
• Build and optimize partner programs and territory plans.
• Close deals while working on the road four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 450+ potential referral partners and manage relationships.
• Build systems and processes to scale partner growth.
• Generate inbound restoration leads by visibility and trust.
• Spend four days a week on the road building relationships and closing accounts.
