Job summary

Seen Health, Inc. is seeking a proactive Expansion professional to drive local business development in the San Gabriel Valley and greater LA, and to research and seed early relationships in emerging PACE markets nationwide.

You will attend community meetings and engage health officials and potential partners, represent the organization with confidence, and execute partnerships with minimal supervision to accelerate growth and local resonance.

Qualifications

• Based in the Los Angeles area or willing to relocate
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, community health, or related field
• Strong representation and relationship-building in partner conversations
• Execution-oriented with ability to work with minimal direction
• Excellent written communication for briefs and updates
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) essential for outreach

Responsibilities

• Represent Seen Health at local coalition meetings and senior care forums
• Build and maintain relationships with care partners and referral sources
• Lead outreach to prospective care delivery partners with Mandarin engagement
• Identify Local BD opportunities and grow referral/enrollment pipelines
• Monitor market developments and gather competitive intelligence
• Support market expansion research and early partner engagement
