Job summary

HealthCorps, Inc. is seeking a VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth to architect and lead national partnerships, fundraising, and brand strategy. You will drive revenue, manage a diverse portfolio, and guide a team across hubs, reporting to the CEO.

The role requires building long-term relationships with health systems, foundations, and sponsors, plus strategic leadership across marketing, events, and alumni engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a portfolio.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals and narratives.
• Travel to hubs and partner sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage external relationship strategy with health systems, sponsors, and foundations.
• Own partnership sales cycle from outreach to close and activation.
• Set brand direction and oversee marketing to build awareness with funders and partners.
• Build advisory networks and strengthen local partnerships in multiple markets.
• Lead and coach a high-performing development and marketing team.
