Student Minds is seeking a proactive partnerships professional to grow income through new collaborations and strengthen existing supporter relationships. You will report to the Fundraising and Development Lead and work remotely or in a Leeds hybrid setting.

Key duties include cultivating prospects, delivering partner benefits, maintaining CRM records and contributing to budgeting and events. Strong communication and independent working style are required.

Qualifications

• Partnership or account management and new-business experience required.
• Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills essential.
• Confidence working independently within a remote team.
• CRM and office-software skills required.
• Research, sector knowledge and commercial awareness desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop prospects, pitches and ethical partnership opportunities.
• Deliver partner benefits, support staff fundraising and coordinate communications.
• Maintain CRM records, income reporting, invoices and budgets.
• Represent the charity at events and contribute to fundraising targets.
