Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships to develop and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and to drive profitable growth. You will create business plans and collaborate with marketing to expand opportunities and maximize sales.

You will oversee a book of key accounts and their franchise networks, build market knowledge, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Strategically meet and exceed annual goals through development of business plans to maximize profitability.
• Manage & grow a book of key restaurant partners and their franchise networks through new business prospecting, exceptional relationship development, and ambitious strategies.
• Build in-depth knowledge of national restaurant accounts, their kitchen equipment, and industry trends.
• Cultivate a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and customer service teams to maximize initiatives by sharing knowledge and developing proactive tools
