Job summary

MentorKids USA is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to advance growth aligned with its mission. You will build and steward relationships with business, corporate, and church partners, supporting event sponsorships, grants, in-kind gifts, and volunteer opportunities.

In this role you will meet with partners, communicate mutual value, and collaborate with the Development Team to reach annual fundraising goals while reflecting the organization’s values in every engagement.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to MentorKids' core values: vibrant and growing faith, ownership, connect with others, exceed expectations.
• Preferred experience in nonprofit fundraising, business development, or sales.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and steward a portfolio of current and prospective partners.
• Solicit and secure new partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Build trust through networking events and community engagement.
