• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or partnership development, preferably within a faith-based or nonprofit organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage others.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and administrative skills.
• Deep understanding of and commitment to the mission and values of JAARS.
• Ability to analyze challenges and offer creative, practical solutions.
• A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & mentorship: provide one-on-one coaching to individuals raising financial support and craft personalized strategies.
• Training & development: lead sessions on fundraising best practices, communication, and donor relationship management.
• Accountability & goal setting: use Partnership Pulse, conduct regular check-ins, and report progress toward goals.
• Resource coordination: develop tools and templates for donor communications, budgeting, and presentations.
• Encouragement & team building: foster community, mutual encouragement, and spiritual connection.
