Job summary

Juno is hiring a product leader to drive a portfolio expansion from concept to member launch. You will own partner selection, business case, go-to-market plan, and the first cohort of users, owning the outcomes from day one.

With 2–4 years in high-growth environments or related fields, you’ll translate member research into scalable offers and manage complex partnerships while navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Background: 2 to 4 years in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.
• Ownership end to end: taken something from a blank page to live in market.
• Commercial judgment: decide what to launch from member research and scale it or wind it down.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you present a recommendation and the steps to get there.
• Technical leverage: you build it when the tool doesn’t exist; AI tooling and APIs are how you work.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and member benefits end to end. Size the opportunity, select the partner, build the plan, ship it, and own the result.
• Own the analysis behind the decision. Unit economics, market sizing, and build vs buy vs partner diligence that leadership acts on.
• Carry our largest partnerships. Own major distribution and integration relationships day to day so they compound.
