Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a Business Development Representative, Partnerships, Physical AI to identify and qualify new partner opportunities across Physical AI categories.

You will own the CRM, partner communications, and internal materials, shaping a healthy partner pipeline in a fast-paced environment. Role is largely outbound sourcing and qualification, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with the Strategic Partnerships team and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand Scale's product offerings and apply them to Physical AI.
• Clear communication of Scale's value proposition to business and technical audiences.
• Creative and proactive mindset with willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong systems/process skills and CRM ownership.
• Ability to develop consultative relationships with partners and teams.
• Ability to create and maintain internal and partner-facing materials.
• Strong project management, detail orientation, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and qualify new partnership opportunities in Physical AI.
• Own CRM, partner communications, and internal materials for partnerships.
• Outbound sourcing, qualification, and partner-facing outreach (approximately 70%).
• Coordinate discovery calls and assess prospects against defined criteria.
• Present qualified prospects to the partnerships team for pilot consideration.
• Draft tailored outreach and maintain up-to-date partner records.
• Support ad-hoc partner research and market landscaping initiatives.
• Share learnings on partner trends and outreach resonance.
